What the scope covers
Piped to drawing, tested for sign-off.
Sprinkler scopes live and die on the inspection date. We coordinate the rough-in around the other trades and carry the hydrostatic test through to approval.
- Wet system installs — Mains, branch lines, drops and heads to drawing.
- Tenant improvements — Head relocations and additions for new layouts.
- Standpipes and risers — Riser assemblies, valves, gauges and drains.
- Hydrostatic testing — Pressure tests and documentation for the AHJ.
- Retrofits and repairs — Corroded line replacement and head changeouts.
